Coming together begins when we start dreaming, and working together with excitement begins when we start empathizing with each other through a common dream.
I dream of a world where small and large companies are in harmony.

Humane Entrepreneurship is something that goes beyond companies and its employees. It's about growth in every sense of the word.
Let us work together to create something which would benefit us and the rest of the world for generations to come.
- John Laurence Enriquez, Director

Humane Entrepreneurship (HuEnt), encompasses three key research domains: Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Human Resource Management. The HuEnt Survey Center aims to create an index that would address each of the concepts mentioned above. With Korea as a sample, this research hopes to pave the path for a global collaboration on further research on HuEnt in the future. Join us by answering the 2019 Survey.
Background

The HuEnt Survey Center hopes to create a more holistic business ecosystem where organizations and society works together to make the world better, and more sustainable through global collaboration.
Vision

The HuEnt Survey Center aims to measure organizations in terms of:
- Performance
- Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO)
- Humane Orientation (HO), and
- Creativity
Based on this, companies would be able to understand what they're good at, and how they could improve.
Goal

We strive to create a global database which could help organizations worldwide understand what they are doing right, and what they need to work on in order to become a more Humane Enterprise.
